BARRIER BREAKING BAR BEND WITH THE THROAT

Bending a steel bar with the throatBending a steel reinforcement rebar, that is usually used for reinforcing concrete, by resting it at the end of your throat and pushing is the main focus of this workshop. 

 

You will be encouraged to look closely at your aims and objectives and will leave with the clarity and focus to get to where you want to be.

 

Teamwork is crucial as it takes two throats to bend a bar.

You will learn about the importance of breathing, posture and cooperation as part of the preparation for bending the rebar. 

 

This is a physical and emotional challenge that will aid greatly with inner growth and development.  Bar bending is a powerful tool for improving focus, commitment, self-belief, cooperation, teamwork and learning how to channel your power for lasting results.

 

In addition, rebar bending can be incorporated into a firewalk or arrow breaking workshop and our team will work to suit your group’s needs and desired outcomes.
